Working with Annotations

Using annotations, you can capture important information about your designs. Annotations can include any information that’s relevant to your designs such as customer requirements or conclusions derived from a discussion thread. Ideally, the content should help explain important design decisions to Reviewers.

Annotations differ from discussion topics in two significant ways: they do not support comments, and Reviewers cannot create them.

Annotating designs involves the following tasks:

Creating Annotations – Specify important information about your designs.
Using States with Annotations – Configure the on-click action for an annotation.
Editing Annotations – Modify the annotation title, description, and order.
Deleting Annotations – Remove an annotation from a design.
